I am upgrading from a 120V element and am comfortable with that wiring. 240V is still a little new to me. I can install the breaker and all of that but I am confused on connecting to the element. Currently I am not using a controller and was going to direct wire (with a plug). The issue is that there are only 2 terminals on the element.
